Charles Taylor Assistance expands its leadership team
The company says the appointments reflect its growth since the pandemic and restart of international travel
Charles Taylor Assistance, an insurance claims, assistance and travel risk management provider, has expanded its leadership team in the context of continuing business growth.
The internal restructure sees James Walker promoted to International Network Director and Morgan Simpson to Client Relationships Director. Between them, they add decades of cost containment and client relationship expertise to the leadership team.
This development follows the promotion earlier this year of Simon Cook to Director of Investigation Services, and the external appointment of Paul Curd to Head of Business Improvement. Cook and Curd provide extensive experience of fraud investigations and operational management respectively.
The new appointments cement the leadership structure at Charles Taylor Assistance, under Operations Director Neil Heasman. The structure has long been supported by Nikki Richmond-Jones, Claims and Assistance Director, and Chief Medical Officer Dr Lynn Gordon.
Heasman said: “These appointments reflect our robust growth since the pandemic and the healthy bounce back of international travel. They also recognise the invaluable role these individuals have played in that success. Today, our leadership team comprises a wide range of industry experts who are well placed to support our clients’ evolving needs.
“As we onboard new international clients, markets and business schemes over the next few years, the team enables us to maintain our position as a leading global provider of claims solutions, international assistance and travel risk management.”
