Charles Taylor Assistance wins digital excellence award
It developed a digital claims processing system for LV= travel insurance customers
Charles Taylor Assistance has won the Completely Digital: Digital Excellence Award in the LV= GI Claims Partner Awards.
LV= commented: “This award is designed to recognise a great example of a digital or data solution from a supplier partner that has delivered tangible benefits to the way in which we work.”
Charles Taylor Assistance became the first to develop straight-through digital claims processing for LV= travel insurance customers.
This optimises customer service and choice by enabling a significant proportion of LV= simple medical claims registered online, such as retrospective GP visits, to be automated from end to end.
