Southern Cross wins gold at Reader’s Digest Awards

The Southern Cross group also won gold in the Health, Life, and Pet Insurance categories at the same event. This marks the first time that a business from New Zealand has achieved gold across all insurance categories in the awards’ history. It also marks SCTI’s fifth consecutive gold win.

The Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards are voted for by members and customers, and rates businesses according to five pillars of customer service: personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction, and consistency.

“We’re incredibly proud to be recognised in these awards,” said Nick Astwick, CEO of Southern Cross Health Society. “For each of our Southern Cross insurance brands to be chosen as the top choice by consumers is deeply humbling.”

Southern Cross Health Insurance released its sixth edition of the BusinessNZ Workplace Wellness Survey in August.
