GlobalStar to utilise Magnatech software solutions
The partnership will allow GlobalStar to automate processes related to its travel risk management operations
GlobalStar Travel Management has formed a global partnership with software developer Magnatech Travel Management Solutions.
The partnership will see GlobalStar receive preferential member rates for access to Magnatech’s automated risk messaging and duty of care platform SafeToGo, as well as its automated workflow solution, MTWorkflows.
SafeToGo features real-time traveller tracking, risk alerts that can be integrated with the traveller’s itinerary information, as well as robust communication channels.
MTWorkflows meanwhile is designed to streamline workflows such as messaging, quality control, passenger name record (PNR) validation, auto-ticketing, policy validation, and pre-trip approval.
The arrangement will also allow GlobalStar’s partners and their clients to access Magnatech’s “universal portal interface”.
