Dallah Healthcare Company, based in Saudi Arabia, has announced the signing of an acquisition and subscription agreement with Ayyan Investment Company. This agreement involves acquiring 100% of Al-Salam Medical Services Company in Khobar and 97.4% of Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company in Hofuf, both in the country’s Eastern Province, by increasing Dallah Healthcare’s capital through the issuance of new shares to Ayyan Investment Company.

The Eastern Province is particularly important due to its proximity to Gulf countries like Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.”
Dr Ahmed Baabir, CEO of Dallah Healthcare, said that Al-Salam Hospital and Al-Ahsa Hospital would be valuable additions to Dallah Healthcare’s network of hospitals, which includes Dallah Al Nakheel Hospital, Dallah Namar Hospital, Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics (58.64% ownership), Dr Mohammed Al-Faqih Hospital (31.21% ownership), the International Medical Center (27.18% ownership), and Makkah Medical Center Hospital (92% ownership).
