CoverGo launches new distribution platform
Insurtech firm CoverGo has announced the launch of its artificial intelligence (AI) distribution platform for insurance
The platform, called CoverGo Distribution, allows “insurers, managing general agents (MGAs), brokers, and others to distribute life, health, and property and casualty products across multiple channels”.
This includes offering them directly to customers, via agents or brokers, or through bancassurance, embedded, and affinity partnerships.
CoverGo said that its platform is designed with “flexible architecture” to allow businesses to launch products with minimal coding experience. The platform features “AI-enabled workflows and automation … integration middleware application programming interfaces (APIs), and modern experience journeys”.
The company stated that the platform is designed to allow “insurance businesses [to] launch products in days” while “streamlining quote to issuance and renewals without impacting existing core systems”.
CoverGo recently announced a partnership with Canadian firm Group Medical Services (GMS).
