Chubb appoints new head of APAC Accident and Health

The company has announced Serene Neo as its new Head of Accident and Health for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region

In her new role, Neo will be responsible for the management of financial performance and growth across Chubb Limited’s accident, health, and travel portfolios in the region.

Neo has over 15 years of experience working in the insurance and banking industries.

She served as Singapore’s Division Head of Consumer Lines between August 2022 and July 2023, and as Head of Accident and Health for the same division between March 2019 and July 2022.

She also previously worked for the United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB), Standard Chartered Bank, and DBS Bank.

Neo spoke to ITIJ for our June 2022 issue, while still serving in her former role as Division Head of Accident and Health for Chubb Insurance Singapore.
