Socotra and Spixii announce strategic partnership
The partners will integrate Spixii’s chatbot technology into Socotra’s insurtech platform to enhance service functionality for users
Insurtech platform developer Socotra, and Spixii, a developer of conversational process automation (CPA) for customer-facing insurance processes.
As part of the deal, Spixii’s CPA will be integrated into Socotra’s cloud-native core platform to enhance online customer service for Socotra’s insurer clients, enabling access to a broad range of services via a chatbot.
Online users will be able to get quotes for insurance products, renew existing policies, log a claim and enquire about existing ones.
