From the moment the cornerstone was laid for our hospitals in 1993, we gained valuable experience in dealing with international patients and have developed effective strategies that focus on patient satisfaction. Following the principle of sustainable innovation, we have grown into a trusted brand on the international market, well known to many organisations in the international travel/tourism and health insurance industry, recognised by travel companies, international health insurance providers, assistance companies, health tourism providers, hotels, airlines and many more.
Anatolia International was founded with the aim of standardising the service we provide to international patients in each of our hospitals, perfecting our solution-oriented structure by sharing the unique experience of each hospital to all members in our group and being able to audit all the services provided to these patients from a single point.
Most of our patients are foreign nationals who come to Turkey for their holidays, well-deserved retirement, or for work purposes. Since these patients are from other cultures, and are guests in our country, we always aimed to actively support them in one of the most important issues in our lives: health.

Temos reaccreditation: quality in international care
Anadolu Hospitals pride themselves on rendering personalised and reliable care to international patients. To demonstrate our commitment to this, we are pleased to confirm that two of our hospitals were recently reaccredited by TEMOS, in Quality in International Patient Care, with both being given a level of Excellent Achievement. To be reaccredited by a well-known European accreditation body contributes to a hospital’s reputation as the dominant healthcare provider for international patients in the region, and it is an important recognition for us. We believe that such accreditation is valued by international patients and insurers, and results in a well-deserved trust in Anadolu Hospitals.
Temos accreditation: certificate of compliance: covid-19 safe
We gained TEMOS’ Certi fi cate of Compliance: Covid-19 Safe very early in the beginning of the pandemic, with a level of Excellent Achievement for all our hospitals. We were first to acquire this certificate in Turkey and second in the world! We took this prompt action to prove that whenever necessary, we are able to adapt our services to the ‘new’ international standards required during a pandemic. This recognition emphasises what we focus on: being reliable, flexible, and beyond that, being international and universal!
We attach great importance to infection control in our hospitals, and we have created a Covid-19-safe environment that allows patients to attend appointments with peace of mind, even for simple health issues during their holidays. We have designed our operation in accordance with new infection control measures, but done so in a way that will not disrupt our operational capacity.
We are maintaining all our healthcare services at full capacity with clinical visits, elective surgeries and procedures. We maintain delivery of the highest quality healthcare by paying attention to hygiene and social distancing, and by carefully monitoring both our patients, employees and visitors in terms of symptoms. By establishing PCR laboratories in each of our hospitals, we have the capacity to test thousands of people every day. We perform routine PCR tests before surgical procedures, and have the highest capacity in the region for pre-departure PCRs.
New destination in health tourism
In addition to our 28 years of unique experience in taking care of the health of tourists visiting our country, in recent years, we have also become increasingly dominant in health tourism. We are becoming a preferred provider of international patients, especially in the fields of aesthetic, cosmetic and bariatric surgeries. Not only do our surgeons have years of medical experience, they are also well practised in working with international patients throughout their clinical procedures.
